Meet Rikard

Welcome to my business's website. My name is
Rikard Santapaola, an ICT and project management professional with an over 10-year international
experience at industrial construction projects in the
oil-gas-energy sector.

As a project engineer first, and later as an ICT
manager, I was given the challenging task of providing
major construction projects with increasingly sophisticated project information services.

Applying modeling and analysis methods typical of the IT domain to
augment project management processes became soon my greatest interest.

The initial insight, focused on the possibility to improve controllability
through a timelier and more accurate monitoring of the project workflow,
has progressively evolved into a comprehensive framework, which has
remarkably contributed to the successful execution of several complex
construction projects.

The establishment of PROSPEQS, a project management consultancy,
aims at extending this experience to other environments than industrial
constructions. Purpose of this website is to illustrate this original
approach to project management and, possibly, to collect feedback and
